In February, we closed the practice for a day of thinking, training, and planning.
Calling it a ‘retreat day’ may have had Rachel and Jo thinking of slippers, bath robes, and pampering. Unfortunately what they got was me with a flip chart and pens!!
Joking aside, we had a very productive day, focusing on the good things we have implemented recently, but also ways we can improve to better serve our patients and community.
Whether it’s work or home life, the general busyness of life means we rarely have time to pause, think, and reflect. I found this very rewarding and re-invegerating. Strongly recommended!
